very sturdy
a bit on the heavy side to carry in my camelbak (when i mtnbike), but very sturdy and solid. fully extended it doesn’t flex much and the head has infinite positions/angles.

Canon Monopole
The product works great and the swivel top makes positioning the camera easy to accomplish while taking pictures of sports. Its easy to set up and collapses easily.

Piece of junk (from china)
I’m generous with my one star. Wouldn’t want to put my Canon EOS 1D Mark 111 on this monopod. Returned the item and purchased a Manfrotto, what a difference.
